Does the Joanna Lopez "missing alert" even count as a PSA?
You see, I've been on a quest to investigate every link in Public Service Announcement and replace any defunct or privated ones, only to come across her "PSA".
Personally, I believe that while it may be a public advisory that is scary, in no way is it similar to the other more "traditional" PS As and PI Fs described in the Child Safety category. If anyone can correct me on this or clarify their stance, it would be appreciated.

For anyone wanting to copy it over to another part of Nightmare Fuel, I've copied it here...
Unfortunately, while the station's intentions were good, the execution of the alert ended up as this. The ad only had minimal details: the missing girl's name, a phone number to call, a "Missing" banner in the upper left hand corner and worst of all a very grainy black and white picture that does not allow one to know her facial features, her ethnicity or even her age. Also of note, the alert aired in complete silence during the early morning and according to comments on the video in question, it remained onscreen for hours.
For the Apaches edit, would it be best to reformat the section which lists the actual farm-related deaths towards the end? I believe it should be narrowed down to a summary rather than to have it directly copy the text shown during the end scene.

As made known on the Discussion over on the main page, I've been on a quest to catalogue every PSA on that list and patch up any one of the dead links with more active ones. Along the way, I've located a few vague ones that I'm bringing up in case any Troper remembers exactly which specific ads these descriptions are referring to:
Updated 24 March 2023: Updated the French PSA link for others can see what I mean. Underdescribed PSAs + defunct links = a recipe for disaster.
