Regarding names: in general, I tend to prefer going by whatever name sees the most use in-series. For example, it's no good calling Shirogane "Miyuki" if nobody ever actually calls him that in-series. Going by the Narration is a good idea if both names see regular use.
This wasn't brought up before, but I think it's time, because this otherwise leads to more work to edit everything again and again, for consistency's sake. We need a style guide. So here are my suggestions:
Names
Use what the narrator uses as the names. Otherwise use the name most characters call them (which is most of the time their last name, with exceptions like Maki). If there are multiple characters with the same last name, in-universe they are usually referred to by their first names (Unyo, Kei, Moeha, etc.), so we should do the same.
That means:
Miyuki Shirogane: Shirogane (I would only in super rare cases use Miyuki, to avoid confusion with Kei and their father.)
Kaguya Shinomiya: Kaguya
Ai Hayasaka: Hayasaka
Chika Fujiwara: Fujiwara
Yu Ishigami: Ishigami
Miko Iino: Iino
Kei Shirogane: Kei
Maki Shijo: Maki
Nagisa Kashiwagi: Kashiwagi
Tsubasa Tanuma: Tsubasa (Okay, the narrator calls him "Kashiwagi's boyfriend", but I'd make an exception here and just call him Tsubasa to avoid confusion, unless we want to keep the Running Gag, that is.)
Tsubame Koyasu: Tsubame
Kobachi Osaragi: Osaragi
Rei Onodera: Onodera
Kyoko Otomo: Otomo
Capitalization
I would capitalize numerical names, as they are basically titles. That means things like Chapter X, Episode X and Season X should be capitalized. Numbers should also not be written out.
Whether something should be capitalized depends on whether it's a proper noun. Shuchi'in Academy High School Student Council is a name and thus proper noun, so this goes without saying. The same goes to Mass Media Club or Tabletop Game Club. This gets more confusing when 'Shuchi'in Academy High School Student Council is shortened to Student Council, or Shuchi'in Academy High School Disciplinary Committee to Disciplinary Committee.
Technically, student council or disciplinary committee themselves aren't proper nouns. Thus, I suggest not capitalizing them, unless we use the full names in which case they become proper nouns. The same goes to job names like "student council president" unless you mark it as the trope Student Council President. Only capitalize when used with the name as a title like "President Shirogane" or "Secretary Fujiwara".
Oxford comma
This one is optional, but since it's already being used, might as well set the guide to make it consistent.
Use the comma before and or or when and/or is a conjunction (which joins two independent clauses), or use it when counting a serial list with at least three items.
