Cute Shotaro Boy: Arguably Kurono, who despite his age looks way younger than his 14 year old brother and has a cute face. At least, that's most likely what Sei Sakuraoka saw in him.

One, Cute Shotaro Boy has been renamed to Adorably Precocious Child. Two, this trope is highly misused and this example suggests that it does not apply; please check the definition at Adorably Precocious Child before re-adding.

I actually think this one applies. Kurono is 15, but could probably pass for younger...and yes, from the point of view of Sei, he probably DID have that vibe going on.
