This is probably a rather subjective example, but would Envy in Fullmetal Alchemist (Japanese version, not the English dub) count? His Japanese voice is actually the same one that does Conan, and to me, it sounds almost too...cute, particularly when he's gleefully admitting to starting the Ishbalan war or confessing to being Maes Hughes' killer. Not to mention that when Mustang was frying his ass, he sounded like a terrified child. The English dub...was a little different.
