Not a zombie, but He-Man arch foe Skeletor◊ can see without eyes and talk without lips or tongue.
He's a lich, which is a type of undead.
As part of his general character redesign for The New Adventures of He-Man, Skeletor received actual eyeballs; in the pilot they were solid black with red highlights, but changed to green with black pupils thereafter.
This trope is about the dead/undead having eyes.
No version of Skeletor is undead. Undead on an afternoon kids' show was explicitly against the Rules for the early 1980s cartoons -their fragile little minds couldn't handle the horror, don't you know? The skeletal face was part of the price Skeletor paid for power when he was still a servant of the Horde, although exactly what happened depends on who was writing what when (even without fanfic). The 2002 remake was pulling from that when Skeletor got his power.
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry Pratchett
