Complaining about shows, or in this case characters, you don't like is a stupid term.

What complaining? It's just classifying bad guys in a group of a certain size. A better argument is that they aren't distinct enough from Quirky Miniboss Squad.

But there is a generally cliche for Generic Evil Organizations. Though I imagine that there are several tropes covering those already.
