Like, a character born on Christmas is child-like and giving of themselves, a person born on Halloween is spooky, aloof and likes candy, or if they were born on March 14 (which is International Pi Day), they are Good with Numbers. Would that be an example?

Adding to the list: someone who can see ghosts or is otherwise connected to the dead being born on November 2nd (Dia de la Muerte or Day of the Dead), the Trickster being born on April Fools' Day, and then there's reference to the Western Zodiac.
