I'd like to propose splitting the hostile ones off to a separate page, something along the lines of "Satellite Nemesis" or "Enemy Satellite".

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI removed Jake Sisko of Deep Space 9 as an example. It's more accurate to say he was just a minor character, not a satellite to Ben Sisko. Jake occasionally had his own story lines, and even (IIRC) entire A-plots of an episode or two devoted to him. Admittedly, his story lines usually involved Nog and are mostly in the earlier seasons, but his existence didn't begin and end with his father.
Why is there a Real Life section? Actual people aren't created solely to be satellites for others.
Could we add 'The Waluigi' as an alternate page title? It would probably be a good actual name for the trope...
I'm deleting Saki's entry, because seriously, this is just how the author writes his characters. Shizuo is completely Izaya-focused, Seiji is Celty-head focused, Shinra is Celty-body focused, Mika is Seiji focused, Saki is Kida/Izaya focused. Difference being Saki was in hospital with no visitors and on a roadtrip off screen for most of the series. Just being unimportant doesn't make someone a satelitte character.
Cut:
Tropes Are Not General. Name a few.
