Why is the second games list ("Games which contain rhythm elements:") not between index markups? The games listed there cannot feature the rhythm game index on their pages.
I don't know if the Hybrid Rhythm-Matching Games list should require having central gameplay controls as a requirement. Bullet Audyssey doesn't have them, but is still considered a Bullet Hell-Rhythm Game hybrid as all bosses have attacks synced to BPM of the music.
