Do we not have a page for actual fans being used as weapons?

I mean, we're talking a very specific kind of paper fan being used for comedy here. Compare Kaname Chidori from Full Metal Panic and Temari from Naruto. Totally different.

Should all weapon-fan users go under Improbable Weapon Users? How come books and playing cards get their own pages?
