Pulling this to discussion because I doubt it counts:

• Does The Human Centipede count in this trope? Technically, ALL of their organs were stolen and their bodies (most significantly their digestive tracts) were grafted together.

And to me that movie is major nausea fuel.

There could be a good explanation for why the kidnapper would only take, say, a kidney - insurance is expensive, they have a drinking habit, and organ transplants are in high demand and even more expensive. Oh, that, and they thought keeping the victim alive was a nice thing to do - that or they didn't need a heart. Add that to the list...
