Someone more familiar with this franchise needs to turn this into a coherent example:
- Pretty Cure has many examples of biking shorts. In fact, Fresh Pretty Cure!, Suite Pretty Cure ♪ and HappinessCharge Pretty Cure! (with the possible exception of The Movie, where a movie-exclusive Cure Lovely upgrade called Super Happiness Lovely wears a pair) are the only seasons where this hasn't occurred, with other exceptions being Cure White and Cure Egret, who are aided by a Magic Skirt instead.
- HappinessCharge Pretty Cure! actually does have this in effect with bloomers, possibly the pre-transform onepiece, but its only seen in a handful of shots and most of the time Magic Skirt is used.

Karin from the Street Fighter Alpha series is strange. He wars black shiny biker shorts under her red skirt, but she also wears white panties over them.
