Page quote's validity: I'm no scholar but I'm skeptical Luther said that. A web search only turns up 4 hits (with quotation marks anyway), none of which are documentable sources, although they do all attribute to Luther. You'd think there'd be some hits from actual books by Luther. Can we add a source link?
Nowadays the ideal woman for a guy has only the good qualities of both, well-mannered and classy in front of his friends & family, while keeping her sinful desires exclusive to him. As the saying goes, "lady in the streets, but a freak in the sheets."
About the page quote: Are these the same in both cases? If yes, impossible. If no, we have two groups which may be called chaste and sluts, or prudes and... ethical sluts. So or so, you can't satisfy both of them.
