Abreviated titles, unless it's a very well known abbreviation, are generally poor choices.
In this case, because it's based on Mystery Science Theatre 3000, just calling it MST and not including 3k makes it almost impossible to determine what the trope is about at first glance.
At first glance, I though it was another redirect of a sexual tension trope.
