In the Real Life section, Marie Antoinette is mentioned. I don't know who's right, but I read someone, I think newspaper columnist Lou Boyd, suggest Marie may have dyed her hair, and then in prison, been able to wash but not dye it.

In Sweden, there is a ghost story for children about a bald man who stays a night at a haunted house and in the morning finds that his wig has turned white and has its hairs standing on end from fear. Anyone here know the story and whether it has a known originator?

So, there's one example down in the Video Games section that got moved over here from Disease Bleach: the one from Last Scenario. Problem is, I'm not totally sure it fits better over here.

As far as I can tell, this trope generally refers to something spontaneous- it says so in the description, as well as in "Compare/Contrast" references on other pages. However, this particular example happened over the course of three years. So, which is more important- that there's a non-mundane reason for it, or the period over which it happens?
