Say, aren't a lot of entries here more along the lines of Fantastic Drug instead of G-Rated Drug?

Indeed. G-Rated drugs would be more like existing substances with exaggerated effects, whereas Fantastic Drugs are nonexistent (at least in real-life) drugs.
