I think that there's a problem with truly defining what is a Fantastic Drug, because some of the examples like the Red Lectroids in Buckaroo Banzai getting a narcotic effect from dry cell batteries are more of an Alien Catnip example, since dry cell batteries in themselves ARE NOT fictional items, even if their use as a drug is fictional.
