I think there should be a trope page for Funeral Cut. It's something like an Ambulance Cut, only the person has died. What happens is the person suddenly suffers a medical mishap or accident and then there's some ambiguity of the person's survival. We then cut to a funeral, thus removing any question. I can think of a few examples off the top of my head. I would like to create such a page if I have the permission. Due to its nature, this would also be a Funeral Trope and a Death Trope.
