Does it count if the thing being authenticated is a video with a news program or something playing on a TV in the corner? Because I can think of a few instances of that happening.

Someone added this to the main page:

  • I remember it being used in a movie, though not which movie. A (South American?) drug lord's people kidnap a photographer (our hero), and make him take a photo of the drug lord holding up a newspaper. The headline of the newspaper was that the drug lord had died; of course, he had, and they needed a skilled photographer to 'prove' otherwise.

Anyone have specifics?
