This example is disputed:

Same with Uncharted 2, which is even weirder as the first game avoided it.
- Not at all strange. It's not uncommon for people to learn to shoot a firearm with their off-hand. Now if the actual 3D model or textures flip around, yes, that's weird.

Could someone determine the truth of it?

I think Maplestory deserves, hands down, the trophy for worst-used instance of this.

It's so bad, it may even need its own trope. But then again, it's so bad, such things are probably extremely rare and a page all to itself would be too much. :P

A "Webcomics" section should be added, once people come up with enough examples.

That doesn't really need to be discussed. The second someone comes up with even one example it can be added by whoever adds that example.
