When did he repeatedly rape a fifteen year old? As I recall it was consensual. It was actually Mike who wanted to wait until she was fifteen. She was ready to go much earlier and the Keldara wouldn't have minded.

First book, third section (on the hunt for the Paris bomb). Magdalena or something?

It was a pretty nasty segment. He was fairly brutal, and the fact that she was a prostitute doesn't really make the way he did it any less "rapelike." Forget how old she was but it wasn't old. Yeah, afterward she said that for the amount he'd paid she'd do it again, but...

You said it yourself, she said she'd do it again? Did she know going in that he was heavily into S&M? And anyway in the first book he was definitely a Type V Antihero, no denying that. After the first book he settles down more into Type IV territory.
