I assume you mean whether the novel itself is Cyberpunk or Post-Cyberpunk, not whether the genre itself is validly named. If you mean the novel itself... it's not nearly as dark as traditional cyberpunk, which is why I labeled it post. If you mean that there is no such thing as Post-Cyberpunk, take it up with our article on the subject.
