A lot of the You Tube links have been taken down (probably over several months). Many of these scenes still exist in other videos. Should broken links just be removed and the example remain behind?

Why does bt8257 keep deleting submissions to this page?

I am not sure why. Many of his deletions look like Zero Context Examples but you might want to message him via PM.

Also, I think it's a mistake to do nothing but add You Tube links to the page, with no description other than the name of the game. You Tube links can be deleted at any time, leaving the page with a bunch of nothing.

Aye, we even have a page on it: Weblinks Are Not Examples.

Frankly I don't know why I bother posting examples on this Funny page, when bt8257 is just going to delete them all and replace them with links. Gah.

I am not seeing anything of that sort going back to Vincent Zeno's last edit. If they are doing so you ought to report them on Ask The Tropers.

Here's one example:

  • The Exorcist Scene-to-Rap. [1] "I'm Richard Simmons, the Exorcise-ist!"
    • The ending to the skit was funny, too:
Chip: One more thing that I think this should happen, / To stop this poor baby, let's all talk in Latin!
    (everyone raps in mock Latin)

^ The ** example was removed for no reason. And that's not even getting into the "Narrate" tab, where written out examples are replaced with links.

One of my comments was deleted too, and I'm not sure why. It was deleted recently too, over the last couple of days.

Your comment (as said in Ask The Tropers) uses first person. That isn't allowed on these pages.
