2006 film - bowdlerise - I think that's averted in UK airings of the film - Teevee's "a retard could figure it out" is intact IIRC.
Possible shoutout to Hair - Willy's initial line to the tikhet-holders after the calliope fries... "Good morning starshine! The world says hello" is the first line in the related number.
