Pulled this example. Bilingual Bonus are lines or messages in other languages (spoken or written) which the audience will normally not understand. I don't quite know what this is, but there is no actual sample of German language here. It is more a case of symbolism that gets lost in the context of another language (if indeed the symbolism is intended. It could be coincidence).

  • Bilingual Bonus: Given that Werner Herzog is German, it might be interesting to note that the German name for squirrel monkeys is TotenkopfÀffchen - "Death's Head monkeys".

Let's just say and leave it at that.
