Why do we need an Ensemble Darkhorse page here? A lot of these characters are good characters but if there are a lot of standouts doesn't that mean that they don't stand out? I get that they stand up well when compared with others but writing about all of them— wouldn't it be more apt to make this page a world of badass? Or even add an Awesome page about this?

I started the page because there were too many characters who multiple fans singled out as good either in the reviews boards or private messages with me for YMMV. Shai Pa, the creator of the Victors Project page, has permission to eliminate any characters who Shai Pa feels shouldn't have made the cut, and sometimes we discuss a character before I add to the page. Part of the reason so many characters stand out is that (aside from Blight, Cecelia and Enobaria in there stories) is that there isn't really one main protagonist. That being said, I see your point about World of Badass applying here, it's just that simply saying world of badass doesn't seem to do justice to some of the examples. Interesting idea about an awesome page.
Are there any characters you specifically feel should be removed from the page?
While I'm still against deleting the ensemble dark horse page, I am working on an "Awesome" moments page to be posted this evening or tomorrow. Thanks for the idea.
A lot of these characters, like the ones mentioned under the 2nd quarter quell, seem to fall more as one scene wonders. Most of these characters have very little description as to why they are badass and I find it hard to justify why some of them are liked. And this may be me being a contrarian but I didn't like some of these characters despite general appeal.
That's fair. If you'd prefer you can move some of those characters to one scene wonder or base breaking character on the ymmv page, but for the later category please add why you and/or other reviewers dislike some characters that others like.

The writeup for an Ensemble Dark Horse has to point out how much focus the character has and emphasize how they're minor characters as well as establish that they're popular past their importance.
Almost none of the entries mention thee amount of focus they get and many of them have the comically weak weasel-words "has fans" as the only indication of their popularity. That says literally nothing.

In regards to character focus, over 77 chapters of the victors project none of the characters appear in more than a 3rd of the chapters, making it hard to say if any of them really appear enough to be main characters (aside from Blight, Cecelia and Enobaria, all of whom have their own stories and none of whom are counted as ensemble dark horses). The criteria for "has fans" that was used in making the page generally meant that the character received positive mention from more than 3 reviewers and/or in a consensus between myself and Shai Pa (with several of those who were added more haphazardly at first having since been moved to One Scene Wonder on ymmv).
Would Hector more qualify as Love to Hate than a straight up Ensemble Dark Horse?
