For some reason, the name "Itō" causes some weird formatting errors when it's in link form - examples: Kanae Itō , Miki Itō , etc. The "ō" gets replaced with its formatting code for some reason. Anyone know a way that can be fixed?

Actually, it's a custom title error. Submit a new custom title for Miki Ito with the correct information and it'll go. (you don't have to do this - I did it this evening and am waiting on it to take effect.)
