Edit: The Google Doc still says 28 Oddish, it dosen't remove them from the out of party section. I belive that the live updater announcing captures with things like 'Did you know we've been catching Oddishs?' threw the count off. Perhaps, but they already get referred to in the collective more than individual, with nicknames like "the Wolfpack", "Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed", and "Cerberus".
There's also the problem of party-membership, what to do if they aren't all in the PC/Party?
