Yes on both points? I don't understand what you mean by that, pretty sure these don't contradict each other and the page doesn't seem misleading. He's a character appearing in Smash who originates from Xenoblade, if that's what you want to know.

Out of curiosity, how come the images for the Koopalings have not been updated to their Ultimate renders? Considering that the other alternate skins for certain characters (Cloud, Corrin, Bayonetta, Wii Fit Trainer, Robin, Alph) had their images updated to their Ultimate renders, the fact that the Koopalings' images still show their Smash 4 renders is rather glaring.
