CERO B is their equivalent to ESRB T for TEEN. So that confirms the games aren’t kid-friendly. They may have seemed so when they came to the U.S. but that’s mostly due to censorship. But some games like X4 and X6 managed to slip past that and the ESRB clearly made a rating mistake at the time.
