The trope Misplaced Kindergarten Teacher is used repeatedly on this page to refer to anyone who's in the wrong job, when it's a very specific and narrow trope about teachers who teach higher grades as though they were kindergarten.
I'm not sure what the correct trope is, or even if there is one. People in jobs that don't suit them sound a lot like People Sit On Chairs.

You might be missing some folders like Prohibition Grille. That woman was just a ditz. So ditzy in fact a dumb blunder by comparison could be a physics teacher
