Devoted to You: For the female Avatar, if she marries Chrom, he becomes her One True Love. Chrom can also become the father of her three children, one in the present, and two from the future. He becomes the man that she loves above all else, even her own existence.
One True Love: The Summer Scramble conversation between a married female Avatar and Chrom reveals that he is this to her. She loves her life with him and enjoys making happy new memories with him through their time together. She promises that she will never forget him, no matter what.
"I can never forget a single thing about you. Even if death were to tear us apart... Even if I lose my memories again...

Like I said, I'm not sure this counts as One True Love since neither Chrom nor the Female Avatar are super ultra required to be married. Plus the comments themselves smell of blatant Chrom x Female Avatar ship pushing.

Wait, since when did the Avatar have "fainting spells and exhaustion and other medical problems"?
