I'd say it fits somewhere but can't think of the name for the trope it would best fit.
Also I was curious if this thread should be retooled since the DEO seems to be phased out in favor of the Superfriends themselves, but given my gung-ho mass editing lately and the series is drawing to a close anyway, I figure maybe not do that for now XD
