If a trope/theorem/effect/syndrome came from real life scientists or philosophers, do they count as this?

Is it worth having Trope Namers anymore? Looks like the Adminati don't want them...

Some trope namers are legacy names that stick around. And occasionally a good trope namer shows up.

Suggestion for the page, something along the lines of:

Now, all this is not to say that we don't want any new Trope Namers, period. If you can find a way to name a trope after a work and simultaneously have the name be descriptive of the trope definition, go for it.
