I worked on some of the examples in the workable film folder. They seemed mostly good. I changed several to focus on \\\"This person\\\'s career fell flat\\\" or on particular events that focused on thinking that they\\\'re work was the best thing since sliced bread rather than random douchery.

Moved to Sandbox/CleaningSmallNameBigEgo

Particular removals:

*Fritz Lang managed to keep up at least a film a year near the end of his career before not stopping for health concerns. So clearly his ego wasn’t impeding his ability to get people to trust in his talent.

*James Cameron is a huge douche but he made a lot of money and so got away with it. It’s Hollywood, people, it’s meant to be shallow.

*Russel Crowe- violent, tempestuous prick but not connected to how great an actor he is meant to be or anything. He probably acts this way about farming.

*Tucker Max tried to big-up his movie. Well yeah. That’s kind of normal and there isn’t much evidence of any actual failure to grasp the ego-talent gap that couldn’t be explained by “I owe people money and it’s never good to tell them that you can’t pay them back”

*Spike lee- I can\\\'t really find any information in that one. It\\\'s \\\"He\\\'s bad, trust us\\\" levels of writing,
