... honestly, I don\'t think Stephanie Meyer belongs on this list at all. While I\'m not a fan of her work, she\'s still absurdly successful and not enough time has passed since her (absurdly successful) Twilight Sage. She hasn\'t even released any works yet, and I don\'t think that her fandom has lost much faith in her as a whole.

She hasn\\\'t had a flop, she hasn\\\'t really lost prestige (... in so much as she never really had much from most of the people complaining about the book, and her own fandom doesn\\\'t really seem to care). Sounds more like it\\\'s less Fallen Creator and more that the hatedom felt like it got fuel for the fire.
