I won't divulge the web site in case it's not (you cam PM me for the link if need be), but what the main site does is host links to hundreds of TV shows and films, which people cab click on to watch on streaming video. Some of the links will remove a video if there is a copyright issue.

My question is, could we link to the tank scene in The A Team for example? Thinking about it it might be more a Youtube clip that's permissible than a site where you can watch the entire film.

I'm not sure of the legality of it myself, but I think it is better to err on the side of caution and forget about it.

The only legal ones I know with that many shows, other than the actual sites of the content owners, are Netflix and Hulu. And the former isn't free.

So probably not legal.
