I'll help. I've been trimming speculation on that appearance since the episode came out.
Speculative Troping is running amok on all the WandaVision pages. In particular claiming certain things about a character whom we've only seen a few minutes so far, but that's hardly the only speculation people keep trying to add.
Do we have a clean up thread for instances of Speculative Troping, would such a thing be worth making?
