Effort Post, I believe. Basically a post that explains why - in that troper's opinion - the character counts as a Complete Monster, with appropriate evidence to support the claim.
Also, what if I want to add something to an existing Monster to a YMMV's CM section? Do I use the same format as the one listed on top?
That depends on what you want to add. If you're just fixing a minor grammar or spelling error, you can either make a request on the Locked Pages thread
or edit one of Sandbox pages along with you edit to the YMMV page. If you're doing more substantial like adding or rewriting entire sentences, take it with the Complete Monster Thread first before you go forward with your edits. And if you're adding something a character has recently done, please note that there's a two-week moratorium so people in the thread have time to catch up with the work without being spoiled.
