That's indeed poorly written. "Rabbit gets this a lot from fans, mainly due to his short-tempered, jerky behavior," they write, as if it were because of his short-tempered behavior that people wanted to make him a Draco In Leather Pants (which I suspect isn't the reason they make him one; I suspect that this was a poor phrasing on their part).

The Broken Base removal seems to be the result of assuming that the wiki needs to fit one’s personal opinion, not a majority’s.

DILP has a cleanup pending. But I'd say misuse as they're about fans unfairly whitewashing them which the entries don't give the context to say. Should we leave them for the cleanup?
Add back the Broken Base entry as personal like/dislike is not sufficient grounds for removal as it is about the fandom's collective options.

Regardless of the misuse question, I'd say the DILP examples from the OP are ZCEs.
