You need to edit the URL to create a page.
The end of every page's URL is written like so:
Namespace/WorkName
For example, Star Wars is written like:
Franchise/StarWars
For the fic you're trying to create a page for, it'd be:
Fanfic/TangledUpInMysteries
Obviously the page is empty right now, but if you click "Edit Page" you can create the work page.

Click on Tangled Up in Mysteries, and click the edit button to start working on it. I recommend making a sandbox like Tangled Up In Mysteries to craft it first and practice how to format stuff in this wiki, then when you think you're done you just copypaste it in the fanfic space.

How to Create a Work's Page might be the one you're looking for.
I recently created an account on this site and although I'm a long fan of TV Tropers I can't figure out how to create a work page for a Gravity Para Norman fanfic called Tangled Up in Mysteries. I've already read the Administrivia / Works Pages Are a Free Launch page and tried to use Red Links and existing UR Ls but it didn't work. Could someone give me a tip, please? Thank you.
