^Well, that's one way to do it, yes, but it doesn't fit the example I need it for.
In this case, the character actually goes through with her heroic sacrifice, but her friends still saved her afterward by calling her spirit back to them.

Is there a trope that covers it?
Specifically: If the hero(ine) prepares to sacrifice themselves in a last ditch effort to stop the main antagonist, or to save their friends, etc., but their friends either stop them from going through with it, or their friends find a way to save them afterward.
