IIRC there's In Time (2011) and another, older movie (Edit: The Price Of Life, 1987) that are both well-known for it. And possibly a third, more recent/upcoming one?

I remember seeing my dad was watching a movie once where every person had on their arm a number that kept going down. I was told they would die when the number hit zero, but I never saw that happen because I didn't really watch it.
