Anita Blake? Or Twilight?
I would remember it if it was one of those hahaha
He Inoa No Kalani Kalākaua KūleleMmm no, no... "The cover is a ginger long-haired dude in a rooftop or something like that."

He Inoa No Kalani Kalākaua KūleleA few questions to help try and narrow the search:
1. Was the cover a more modern "Young Adult photoshopped model" cover, or did it have an older illustrated/painted appearance?
2. Do you remember how large the font for the author's name and for the title were? What portion of the cover does font cover in your memory?
3. Did the ginger pretty boy have a distinct pose? Was he facing the viewer, turned away (left or right)?
4. What type of rooftop was it? Was it gothic architecture or did it look more like something you'd find in a modern city?
I've spotted a couple covers that might be what you're after, but I'd like to get a clearer picture before I suggest anything.
I haven't read it so I don't know much about it. I found it here in the wiki but I can't remember the name. Is something about werewolves and Long-Haired Pretty Boys but I'm not sure. The cover is a ginger long-haired dude in a rooftop or something like that. I can't remember more.
EDIT: I don't think is a very popular book. Nothing like Twilight or Anita Blake or whatever.
EDIT 2: I think the page for this work was cut for some reason.
