I believe for now you would have to upload the video twice. To each respective trope page.
However, is it really illustrative to have the exact video (the very same cut) for multiple tropes? To stay with your example, I imagine [Verb] This! could be way shorter — easily just one sentence, while Shut Up, Hannibal! requires more elements (hero + villain, villain trying to break them down with words and hero shutting them up).
I was wondering how to link different tropes to a single video example. For example, the Beast Wars clip in the Shut Up, Hannibal! page is also an example of [Verb] This!, via Optimus Primal's quote "Speech this." How do I add the link to the description?
