Trope pages, or work pages? For pages in a work namespace, see How to Make a Works Page. But if it's a trope page you want, go to Trope Launch Pad.

^^ My guess is you don't use the right namespace needed for work pages and instead, you try to create an article in the Main/ namespace which is for tropes only.
I keep trying to make trope pages for fanworks (fanfics and webcomics) but whenever I go on the blank page it won't let me edit? Help?
