Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

I don't think it counts as an edit war to add context to a ZCE.
I'm asking this because mlsmithca commented out my examples a few days ago, so I'm afraid that if I edit them to add context, I may instigate an edit war unintentionally based on the rules.
Pretty sure this does not qualify as an Edit War. Zero-Context Examples are hidden specifically so that the editor can fix them later.
Edited by TantaMontyI might suggest an edit reason declaring you're trying to add context. See least with that it can be assumed you're editing in good faith.
That or PM ~mlsmithca ahead of time so they know what you're doing.
Edited by sgamer82No need, sgamer82.
It would likely constitute edit warring if you uncommented the examples again without adding context; uncommenting them and adding context is not an edit war by any definition of the term.
Alright, thanks. I'll add context to my examples bit by bit, since there's a lot to break down from those albums I've linked.
This thread is basically a follow up to my previous ATT thread. I'm about to add some context to my Alstroemeria Records recommendations on AwesomeMusic.Touhou Other Works, but does me editing those examples right now count as an Edit War? If so, then how long do I have to wait until I can edit those examples again and add context?
