It would just be a Plot Hole: that article already lists editing as one potential cause of plot holes, and we don't have a separate page specifically for this.
There are also Adaptation-Induced Plot Hole, Adaptation Explanation Extrication, and Dub-Induced Plot Hole, but those only apply to adaptations or translations of a work.
Is there a trope for when a film undergoes massive editing (usually to Bowdlerize), and they end up cutting out important scenes and causing Plot Holes (E.G a character disappears and is never seen again because their death scene was excised.)
