Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
They're not supposed to be used as tropes (which I see some of them being used as i.e. Characters.Armello, Characters.Pathfinder Kingmaker); replace them with more specific, actual tropes where appropriate like Patricide and Offing the Offspring.
For potholes, if the context doesn't fit the actual article (i.e. the index), it probably counts as a Sinkhole to be removed anyway (like the Murder in the Family spoiler in Pathfinder Kingmaker's page).
It looks like similar misuse to when I cleaned up For Massive Damage a while ago on the Is This an Example thread.
Edited by DarkarosPeople tend to pothole those indexes for tropes that don't exist yet, such as murdering your grandfather or uncle/niece incest.
Murder in the Family was supposed to be a supertrope, but I see someone removed the writing on the page denoting it as one.

Are Incest Is Relative and Murder in the Family allowed to be potholed? I keep on seeing them used when they're indexes, not tropes.
