There's plenty of examples of characters being referred to by Fan Nicknames and such. I would think that fits.
My name is Freezer and my anti-drug is porn.
I don't think that's the right trope. I'm thinking of people mistaking Batwoman for Barbara Gordon Batgirl or one Legacy Character for another.
Names The Same? Not exactly the same name, but it's an easy mistake to make — Superboy grows up to be Superman, right? ...Well, no, he did in the Golden Age, but later Superboys are a different person, or at least a clone. And that's not even getting into legacy characters, with there being more than one of both Batwoman and Batgirl.
So yeah. Probably more than one trope that fits depending on the situation, but I think Names The Same might be the broadest?

Do we have a trope for fans, or non-fans in many cases, mistaking characters for another? For example, Batwoman for Batgirl.
